CAREGIVERS

WENDY CHOI (director) is passionate about helping people around her with a positive attitude. Her passion for people has led her to become actively involved in her neighborhood and other community groups and finally to the development of a family childcare center. After completing professional childcare development workshops at Wu Yee Children's Services, she has become certified to fully operate a home-based family childcare. Through Sweeny Family Childcare, she hopes to provide children with the attention they need, teach them about different cultures, help her community, stimulate the economy and create employment opportunities.

During her leisure time, Wendy's hobbies include volunteering for the neighborhood safety committee, volunteering at senior centers, singing, dancing and being a part-time tour guide to San Francisco's Chinatown.
